"Dropping my review to 4 stars from 5 only because there is one Vet that is just rude, condescending, and unprofessional every time I’ve seen her. We just had a very bad experience with my big dog who’s been here multiple times and never had an issue. He’s a year and half and starting to get protective and bark. For his size I get it can sound scary and we’re actively working on correcting this new behavior. However if pet smart can get over his barking and groom him without a muzzle and tell me how sweet he was I think a vet should be able to handle him. I have 3 animals I bring here and every other staff including Vets are amazing. The receptionist listened to my concerns and put a note on my account to not schedule us with her again. So other than her I love this place."
"I had a sad but very good experience with Gardner animal Care center. They are the only exotic vet in my area. I was glad to find them. My poor lizard needed to be put down. I thought we were going in for antibiotics but the vet was very honest with me and compassionate in terms of letting me know how we should proceed. It was a sad experience, but the way the vet and staff handled the situation helped immensely!"

"I could not be happier with the level of care and professionalism shown after taking our dog Preston to Gardner Animal Care Center for the first time. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The waiting area and exam rooms were very clean and well maintained. We were able to make sure our Preston got the medications he needs to prevent his seizures and I'm confident going forward he is getting the best care possible. I also love the PetDesk app they use, it makes booking and keeping track of appointments and medications so easy. There's also a reward system where you can earn perks like a free nail trim or money off an exam. With another dog and two cats in our family we will definitely be returning customers!"
"We’ve been here with our 2 dogs for about 6 months now. They’ve had their yearly checks, my puppy goes to doggy daycare, and my German Shepard has been groomed there. I have no complaints on any of the services so far. I am very happy we made the switch!"
