"I chose this dental office because it had decent reviews. Boy was I wrong. My 5 year old sons appointment was at 11:30am. We waited 35-40 minutes after his appointment time to be called into a room. After that, a girl with no personality whatsoever came into the room to clean his teeth. She didn’t interact much AT ALL with him except for the few questions he was asking. She did not seem friendly at all. While flossing his teeth he was jumping out of the chair because it hurt and she said nothing at all. It takes a very special person to work with children. They tend to get scared and have anxiety about dentists and doctors and this girl didn’t care. The office seems out of sorts. They did not seem organized, with material stuff as well as people. People running all over the place. Are they overbooking people? Short staffed? As far as Dr. Carolyn goes, she was the only good part of the appointment. Very friendly. Very informative. The staff however, not good. I had an appointment for my 2 year old (would have been his first dentist visit) scheduled for the next day and canceled it before I left the office. There are so many other good dentists out there. I would not recommend this office."

"We had been going to Milestone Dentistry for years. At the first appointment, I made them aware of my both my children’s allergies and they explained that they will use something different on my youngest due to her allergies. Since then, at every appointment, we are asked to fill out medical info, where we record allergies and other medical conditions. At every appointment they walk out with my children and explain what they did to each; and each time they called my youngest, who needs different things used due to allergies, my oldest child’s name. This is alarming for an allergy parent who is entrusting, that behind the closed door, that they’re treating each child correctly based on their individual needs. Needless to say, I was tired of correcting them and questioning whether or not they used the allergen safe products on my youngest or if we were going to possibly have a life threatening reaction when we left."
