"I called early this afternoon 6/7/23 to inquire about becoming a new patient. I was immediately put on hold, which is totally fine, I understand that dentist offices are busy - but as soon as the line picked up I was met with a snarky tone by who I can only assume was the secretary. I wanted some information about becoming a new patient since the reviews were GLOWING. In a firm and albeit annoyed tone, “NAME PLEASE” and once I gave my name I was met with “Okay???” like I was an inconvenience to this woman whose job it is to be kind and speak to people over the phone. I have a hard time at the dentist due to poor experiences growing up. I was completely put off by this phone call that I will no longer pursue becoming a patient. I am sure the dentists are lovely, but this is not a person I want to interact with when making appointments. Please remember to be kind, you never know who needs it."
