"First time using this place and I had a great experience. Quick and easy to book an appointment, the staff was friendly and happy to answer all my questions. The doctor was thorough, patient and understanding. A very clean environment that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I scheduled the appointment because I thought I had an infected tooth that needed repair. I found out that I had an impacted wisdom tooth that had damaged a molar and was causing bone loss. They were able to get me an appointment with an oral surgeon same day. The oral surgeon was fantastic and able to remove the teeth same day. Family dental saved me from prolonged pain. Saved me multiple trips and reduced the amount of days I needed to take off from work"

"It was my first time at Medway Family Dental, I was greeted with kindness and a big smile by Diana when I walked in! I filled out my new patient forms and all the girls working, Diana, Katie, and Haley were all so helpful if I had any questions. Haley was my hygienist and she was so nice. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and she was very thorough with my cleaning and my x-rays. My teeth feel and look so clean! Katie checked me out and she was very nice. She was more than helpful with setting up my next few appointments for me and making sure everything went smoothly for my first experience! Overall, the staff was fantastic and my experience here was 10/10! I would definitely recommend going here!"
