"Arriving at Sea Breeze, we were greeted by the owner. Something that I have come to appreciate when traveling and a good indicator that they take hospitality seriously. Check in was quick and friendly. Our room was bright, fresh and very well prepared for our stay. Plenty of room in the shower and water pressure was far better than most hotels. The mattress was on the firm side and comfortable. The entire Inn is immaculately maintained, nicely decorated and easy to navigate. We would highly recommend the Sea Breeze Inn."
"Fantastic Inn! We had a great weekend staying here. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. The cafe attached serves delicious greek food and breakfast is included with the room. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything is up to date and worked great. I would absolutely recommend staying here!"
"We booked a room at the Sea Breeze Inn while in town for a wedding. The owner was extremely friendly and the booking process was smooth. We enjoyed our time at the Inn. We appreciated that it was quiet at night, and the balcony was a nice touch. Very close to everything in Newport. The complimentary breakfast was also very well done. A wide selection of fresh, hot breakfast options made to order, and the quality of the food was great. The rooms were very clean and our stay was very smooth. Highly recommend the Sea Breeze Inn for a weekend away."

"My family and I were here in May for my daughters wedding which was close by. We had 3 rooms and they were all immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Leeza and staff were wonderful. We had breakfast and lunch which was delicious. The location is perfect for the beach and Newport."
