"The hygienists and dentists seem skilled, but overall I am quite disappointed. I needed a crown. They ground down my molar and fitted me with a temporary crown. Later that day, or perhaps it was the next day (this was several months ago) it popped off and cracked. I could not eat, drink, or breathe through my mouth comfortably with the exposed tooth. I called several times and only got voicemail. I left messages but no one called back. I finally went in and stood in the reception area until someone saw me, after which they fitted me with a new crown. Last Monday I went to have the permanent crown installed. It was slightly misshapen, so they set me home while they ground a new crown. They said it might be available that day, certainly within the week. Today, almost two weeks later, my temporary crown popped off again and cracked while I was eating lunch. I again called them. Again I got the voicemail. I left a message. About 20 minutes later I called again on another number. This time I reached someone. They said they couldn't schedule me until 10:30 tomorrow morning. Again, I can't consume food or drink normally or inhale through my mouth without pain. I was also told they had been trying to reach me about the permanent crown. However, I have not received a phone call, text, voicemail, or email from anyone, so this seems unlikely. One more thing that has bothered me: the dental hygienist I have seen tries to upsell me various things, like $13 high fluoride toothpaste. I have liked my interactions with the hygienists and dentists for the most part, but when I'm not in the office I feel I've been treated pretty shabbily."
