"*DO NOT GO TO MONTAGUE DENTAL ARTS* Ignoring the hostile, almost sadistic behavior of their hygienist, Dr Shokeem refused to administer enough Novocain to successfully numb my gums and repeatedly insisted I was not in pain before I started to scream. On our second attempt, she did administer enough Novocain but the fillings have failed and now I suffer extreme cold sensitivity and can't eat on the left side of my mouth. My brother and father both experienced similar issues, and we have all now switched providers. I cannot stress how terrible the experience was. It's given me severe anxiety surrounding dentistry, and caused me pain which has yet to be resolved for over a year of procedures. Do not go to Montague Dental Arts."

"No one actually enjoys the dentist right? I have tried to get into a place for a cleaning and exam for 4 years!!!! I started blind calling and called this office. I was non emergent and I got an appointment in a little over a month. I would have gone anywhere at this point. I can’t actually put into words how comfortable they made me. Cues if I was in pain, the conversations were great, I felt soooo good when I left. I had to make another appointment for fillings and it’s not a dreaded appointment. 10/10 recommend"

"Dr.Shokeen and her staff is by far the best I've ever been to. She takes my concerns into consideration with her final decision of our next move. Everything is explained in detail what is happening, on that specific day, and future appointments if they are related. She has extracted teeth (some very brittle broken and jagged) in less than a few minutes WITH ZERO PAIN. She has also drilled and filled teeth with zero pain. She is quick, yet thorough. Never makes me feel bad about the shape my teeth are in, just willing to help make things better. Her assistant is also very pleasant to deal with. helpful with preparations, and seems very educated in her field and can also answer any questions or concerns I have. Always greeted with a smile! The ladies in the office are very polite and always willing to help in any way. They always seem to find a way to wiggle me into there busy schedule, which is absolutely priceless when you have tooth pain! Overall very professional group and I cannot say enough good about them! I recommend them to anyone and everyone."
