"I went for an annual cleaning as a new patient. Have been getting annuals every 6 mo my entire life my teeth are healthy no pain. Im told i have gum disease and need deep cleaning for $3,740. They wont do a standard cleaning. After they took about 20 xrays and loaded me up with radiation and poked each tooth front and back my gums are throbbing. Very disappointed. Jack in a box dentist. Hopefully i can find a good family dentistry again covered by my insurance. They say all the procedure today is covered free as a new patient review. Lets hope so."

"My visit itself was good. Hygienist was knowledgeable and friendly and was understanding when I came in a few minutes late. I dislike being late but an accident held up traffic. The problem was on the admin. side. I emailed the office manager with my insurance information (they stated that they didn't have time to enter it into the system, so I paid out of pocket as they assured me they'd get my insurance info entered and the insurance would reimburse me directly). I called several times as my insurance never received a claim. On call #4 it was determined that they'd done absolutely nothing with my insurance info. They got paid so why do they care if I get reimbursed. Discouraging to say the least."
