"BED BUGS!!! We had to leave our room at 3 am because of bugs and bug bites. We couldn’t find another room available and had to try to sleep in our car!! Spent the day washing our belongings instead of enjoying the area. Weekend getaway was ruined. The staff member was very nice but I was told it would take ten days for a refund."
