"I brought myself and my 2 kids into the office for our 6 month cleaning only to be told that our appointments were canceled. We never recieved a single phone call. I had to take my kid out of her club meeting at school in order to make the appointment."

"She did horrid and irreparable damage to not only mine, but MANY people’s teeth in the area. I am not sure how she is still allowed to be in practice. I cannot go more than one week without seeing a new post on facebook on how she destroyed another person’s teeth. I will likely need to have most of mine pulled in the near future and replaced with false teeth because the damage she caused is so extensive. I am 27 and have to start looking into fake teeth. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE."

"Racist, rude and unprofessional! I did not appreciate my time being wasted, because it is so valuable right now as a single mom of two young ones. I came into the office with my son who is a baby and has switched over from an old dentist to come there because they also did a poor job and I thought well they have under three stars but they’re better than the one star place I was just at let me give it a try. Welp that Asian lady was so rude and so dismissive and didn’t even give me really an opportunity to speak my case or try to work with me or anything for filling and she’s like it’s gonna be very expensive out of pocket. I understand that, but let’s confirm all things to know that is the case or not you’re not even willing to allow me to dive deep and now you’re saying you’re uncomfortable doing it all together you already made a decision you made a decision right when I walked in the door so you know what you can take your race is behind back where you came from if I could they getting those tires for me that place need to go out of business immediately!"

"I literally only leave reviews if they are bad but this dentist office is different. I have know idea why the reviews are somewhat bad. The best damn cleaning I’ve ever had, it actually felt good. Dr. Dong is very friendly and I’d recommend her to anyone."

"I live an hour and a half away from her office and still choose to keep dr dong as my dentist. She is quick, efficient, and always willing to discuss my car with me. I see other reviews accusing her of having poor bedside manner - there is a difference between efficient and unkind. Dr dong has helped me through dental emergencies when I’ve been out of state and through basic dental care. I keep coming back to her office for the amazing service and excellent care."
