"Honestly absolutely terrible. I moved here with my new job and wanted to get established with a decent practice in the area, and let's just say I'm still looking. My appointment was 3.5 hours long, most of which was waiting for them to appear. When the hygienist and dentist finally did appear, they were not apologetic or even that friendly. I need to get some dental work done and I do NOT want my future appointments to take 3.5 times what they should with a team that doesn't value bedside manner even in a situation where they are running THAT late. And no follow up to apologize, just an expectation that I'm using them for the expensive work I need. I'm angry I wasted my appointment covered by insurance with these people, I'm absolutely going to switch to other Aspen Dental here and HOPE they share nothing in common with this one. All dentists in Albany are NOT created equal, and despite one friendly and competent woman in the front office here, this is not a good one. Go to literally any dentist, the good receptionist is not enough to redeem the experience here."

"I had to wait for about 1 and 1/2 hour on my first visit. Today was my 2nd visit there, I had appointment at 4:00 pm but I arrived there at 4:18. So, I was told by the receptionist that “sorry u are late by 18 mins , you will have to re-schedule your appointment “. I replied her” I waited for 1& half hour to the doctor on my first visit “. She replied back “That was a doctor, this is a hygienist honey” which was really annoying to me and I had to reschedule my appointment. They make patients to wait for hours and hours."

"It was a wasted trip. The issue that the appointment was made for (cavity) was not addressed. The appointment was made online four weeks before the appointment. The “office branch” of Aspen Dental waited until the day before the appointment to deliver the news hat this would be just “an initial visit”. If this was known, the appointment would have never been made. This is a terrible way of doing business. Unbelievably bad. It screws your patients while delivering no real service. In addition, the information on the booking site, that there are multiple dentists of both genders at this location is incorrect. Again, it was only revealed the day before the appointment that there was just one dentist at this location. This is deceptive and gives a very negative impression. On the bright side, the dentist was nice. But nothing was actually accomplished. The patient is an out-of-area college student and does not have time in the area to make multiple visits for a simple filling. Zero consideration for your patients. Bad, bad, bad."

"My appointment was stated to be at 830. When I was called for appointment verification it was 845. This difference affected my ability to attend work as necessary. I was there for 2 hours for a 45 minute appointment. While I was checking out, someone came to the counter and said that their appointment was supposed to be at 1015 but the verification call stated 1045. The doctor was great but at that point I was so irritated that it didn’t matter as much as I would like."

"Third time in a row my appointment has been double booked and had to be rescheduled. Last time this happened I had sat in the waiting room twenty minutes before they told me they needed to reschedule me. Dr Gil, the hygienists and staff are kind people but the company itself puts profit over people consistently and without fail."
