"I took my car in for some paint repairs through an insurance claim. The process was super easy!! The staff were all very friendly & professional!! They communicated with me at every step of the repair process!! At pick up they walked around the car with me to make sure I was happy with it while explaining everything they had done. The repairs took 1/4 of the estimated time to finish!! I got my vehicle back within a week,right before Christmas!! I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone & I will be back in the future!!"

"NIGHTMARE..... I took my car here against my wishes, as allstate would not pay the hourly rate for where I wanted to take it. My car was dropped off 4/18/23 and I just got it back today 8/4/23. When I originally got the call that it was finished. The paint was absolutely awful looked like a can of black spray paint was used it also had the orange peel look, my new tail light had mositure, there was bubbles in the paint the back bumper wasnt fitting correctly and it was missing caps and what not underneath, my gas tank was also not reading correctly. The car was returned and a few weeks later I once again received the call that it was ready.... it was not there was a drip in my paint still had bubbles and there was a bump from where the new paint met the original and where it was buffed like crazy to fix the orange peel it was scratched as heck! I get it back today and there is still some areas with the orange peel look. When I picked it up today they didn't even walk out with me to go over it. I was handed the keys and basically got a goodbye. They didn't ask me what I thought, nothing!! My car is a brand new 2023 that was rear ended, i had only had it a month. On top of all of this my windshield has scratches but at this point I don't even want them to touch it considering I have a camera at the top of my windshield I don't trust them with it... and neither should you."

"Excellent service from here! Was in a small fender bender and Kyle had my truck repaired and back to me in less than 2 weeks. They give updates on the status of the vehicle several times a week through phone calls and text message so I knew the progress the whole time. Would absolutely recommend here to anyone and if I ever needed repair again I'd certainly come back."
