"I had an Amazing experience at Ebb and Flow! It started with a friendly greeting from Alex at the front desk, who lead me to a wonderful and inviting waiting room where she offered me some refreshing fruit infused water. I was then greeted by Rachel who was my massage therapist. Rachel gave me the most relaxing massage I have ever had! I get massages regularly, but on this day I truly just wanted to relax. I have trouble relaxing typically, but I nodded off several times during my 90 minute session. I enjoyed Every part of my experience at Ebb and Flow, and look forward to my next session!"
