"i've been trying to get tires for 3 days and on the third day after finally getting a price and after dropping my wheels off i get a call asking if i really need them done today. after dropping them off at noon. i'm happy they have them i really am, but it's no excuse. my boyfriend waited 6 hours today to get 2 tires mounted. hire more people or something"
