After trying to get a response from Jim for nine months... I am posting an update to my review. Beware! When Jim picked up my payment, he put his phone in front of me to leave my review. At the time, the floors looked good and I left my review. After living with the floors for a short time, I noticed several areas where the finish did not go up to the sides of the wall. I have tried to show that in the photos. It is quite noticeable to me and I have left many messages trying to get a resolution and I have been ignored every time. Lesson learned… I will never use them again nor will I recommend them. Follow up after the sale is an important aspect of business ownership that this company has overlooked. Bad form Jim... Floors look great, price was fair. Workers were professional and polite, cleaned up each day so there was little inconvenience. Will definitely recommend to others and will hire again when I’m ready to do the bedrooms. Thank you!"

"Hands down the BEST in the industry!!! Jim and his team came to our rescue after I choose to go with a less expensive floor re finisher. Since my family and were displaced from our home from the previous re finisher for over two weeks. Jim went out of his way to meet with us in the evening and started our job immediately. Jim was very professional and helpful with his knowledge and passion for hardwood flooring. He took the time to educate us and helped us choose the look we wanted for our home.
