"What an amazing experience. Everyone in the office was so nice and professional. Dr. Yanez and his right hand girl were so patient and gentle with me. I love my smile. Definitely will recommend them."
"Well, I was there for free implant consultation. I had asked many times when I made an appointment if it is free or not and I asked even when I walked in the office. They informed it's free, but I realized today that they used my coverage without informing me and not letting the patient at all. Dr. Yanez (I guess spelling is right) was just ok, he was not very informative and not too helpful, maybe my appointment late (around 4pm) so that he was rushing, no idea so that he was just ok."
"This was the worst customer service I have ever received and would never have expected from the research that I did and chose based on reviews and photos. The staff was awesome but the experience with Dr. Yanez lasted 2 minutes as he forgot to introduce himself and ask me what kind of service I was looking for, as if I hadn’t filled out multiple documents before coming into the office. He didn’t address what I wanted nor cared but wanted to fill a cavity. After speaking with me for 2 minutes, he told the hygienist to put me on the books and left the room. No regard for what I wanted or expectations. No I won’t be on the books and don’t ask me to change my appointment from 1pm to 4pm if you don’t have the time to complete any services. Disrespectful and learn to treat all patients the same."
