"WARNING to anyone who is a patient or is considering. No matter how long you have been a patient they will drop you if you miss 3 appointments. Considering they will reschedule appointments and NOT notify you of them this is quite easy to have happen. They outsource the entire reminder system to some woman who calls you from her personal phone and that is IF she even calls you. I have spoken with others who are patients here and they have all had issues with appointment information not being relayed. They will charge you a missed appointment fee as well as giving you a strike. On top of all this do not expect to be seen by the main doctor unless you are of a certain age because they do not have time for you. The only time I can guarantee you will actually hear from them is when they send you a certified letter notifying you that they are dropping you as a patient. Imagine my surprise when I got this letter after "missing" an appointment that was rescheduled without my knowledge."
