"How does this place have 4 stars??? I really wish people would stop giving me gift cards to this place. Food terrible. Service awful. Atmosphere claustrophobic. The food was left sitting while Ms. Serrina our server got drink orders. Not to mention incorrect. Simple orders are very difficult apparently. Awesome. And don't give cash because the servers don't know what coins are apparently. Its not the 39 cents, its the point no effort was made to give correct change. No wonder these chains are failing. Good riddance."

"We wanted to celebrate our 3 kids awesome report cards with a family dinner at Applebee's. We have been here many times with great service. Unfortunately, tonight was the opposite. After waiting 30 minutes (after being told the wait was 5 to 10 minutes) they seated another party ahead of us. When I asked why, I was told that "one of the people (at the table that was seated ahead of us) is friends with one of the servers so they sat them at their station". When the manager came out to address the situation, she was extremely combative and said that "she was new". Instead of seating us, she told us we would have to continue to wait, for an unknown amount of time. We promptly left the restaurant and enjoyed our celebratory meal at a place that wanted our business."

"I don’t always give 5stars only when it’s warranted. We went to Applebees late night and enjoyed the late night prices with drinks and appetizers. Sheesh the itis set in before we left. Food was good."
