"Friendly office staff but every time I have an appointment, I get put in a room and wait over an hour to be seen. The Dr never apologizes!! You can't even call for a prescription refill!! They don't even accept refills from the pharmacy!! I'm SOOOO DONE with this practice! They need to see LESS patients so the wait is not an hour or more for EVERY APPOINTMENT"
"I have been going here for over 20 years. Going to change doctors. Funny how when you call for a sick visit there is never anything available but when your prescription needs refill they can somehow fit you in for a visit. Meaning you have to see the doctor and pay for the visit. I had to go back 3 weeks later so again funny how they found an appointment. When I got to the window they would not check me in until I paid for the previous visit even though I had not even received anything in the mail as it was only 3 weeks. I asked the girl at the desk to check me in and was told not until I paid. Never had this at a doctors before - more interested in getting paid than my health. Don't care who in the waiting room hears either. Just a money business. Would not recommend anyone going here. Front desk person was terrible."
"Unbelievably RUDE answering service. If this were my business, I'd listen to calls from 12:40-12:50 on 6/22 and consider coaching/disciplinary action. Why would you pay an answering "service" to treat your patients like that? It's be better to just have an answering machine, or to let the phone ring."
"I called for a prescription refill on Tuesday morning. It is now Friday evening close of business and it has yet to be sent to the pharmacy. In between Tuesday and Friday I placed several calls to the pharmacy and the office and spoke to multiple people to assure this would get done. Not one person apologized. This is so unacceptable."
"Let down time and time again. Can't schedule an appointment for weeks at a time. Can't get through to make an appointment. On hold 15+ minutes to make appointment. In waiting room 30+ minutes. Waiting time in private room is the only thing that has improved in last 25+ years. And half of the medical staff are straight buttheads. And it would be different if it was just me, 1 reviewer... I have 8 family members who still go here, 6 that go elsewhere and only 2 have anything positive to say anymore."
