"The QR code that is supposed to give me directions to my appointment indicates a different address than what I get by entering the address in google maps. When calling the number on the letter if I have questions or concerns, we get a voicemail message that says we will not receive a call back until the next business day which will be Monday as today is Friday. Thank God my appointment is not until August. These big medical companies need to put themselves in the shoes of their patients who probably don’t have any experience with the medical terms that the girls working the phones throw at them. I had questions about a procedure and get voicemails telling us we should not expect a call back until the next business day. They say they are so busy they can’t handle all the calls as they get 50 calls a day. 50 calls is nothing. I worked an office where I was the frontline of communications for my department for Amtrak. Answered way more than 50 calls/day and never had voicemail."

"I never leave reviews but this place definitely deserved one. I had an outstanding experience from checking in to getting discharged. I was very anxious but they helped me so much, giving me hugs to giving warm blankets. The nurses before and after the procedure were just angels, always making sure I was comfortable even in so much pain. Also, Dr. Gillespie was amazing!!! Thankful I had such an amazing experience since I was extremely nervous in the beginning."

"so very recently (may 30th) i had breast reduction surgery here and let me tell you, the staff here are INCREDIBLE! i was terrified going into surgery as this would be my longest and most invasive surgery to date but everyone from the nurses to the anesthesiologist were so incredibly caring and kind. they took the time to give me literally warm blankets before, during and after surgery, they listened to my every concern and did their best to calm my nerves. im currently only 22 and as a young inexperienced with surgery adult obviously id be beyond scared to get the procedure i did but again, the staff here helped calm me so fast and easily. normally they only allow one person to come see you in the recovery room after surgery but because i was one of the last patients to leave the facility, they so very kindly allowed both my mother and my fiance to come back to see me which helped alleviate the stress of waking up from surgery in an unfamiliar place as my fiance is my main support person and is the only one who can calm me down in a timely manner. thank you so very much to everyone who helped me while i was there, your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten."
