"Not a good experience for my first time being here. Extremely chaotic, and unorganized. We put our name on the waitlist were told we’d have a one and a half hour wait. It turned out to be almost a three hour wait, we were never seated and therefore I can’t comment on the food! Maybe the next time there’s a band there they’ll get it together!"

"There's no type of transportation there or back to ur place you ask any of the employees there and they tell you the same this that your stuck ther till 6 orb7 am if u get there the day before had to walk over a hour to get to mu hotel"

"Had high hopes for this place. Our family was at Great Wolf lodge and decided to try this place out. The food was mediocre and the service was slow. They claim to have a new menu and chef, but maybe that has happened yet."

"Stopped to get dinner 10 tables of people maybe.. 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, seated us at a table. Waitress that seated us never said a word except follow me. Then sat another 15 minutes and still was not even offered drinks. Never did see any staff except the bartender that was working the bar."

"My family and I love the new Barstool sports in the casino. Its not fine dining so expect bar food, but overall, we have enjoyed every time we have been there. We've had the wings, cheesesteak, soft pretzel with crab dip, and nachos which all were great and again, bar food! We love the atmosphere and have never had an issue with service. Everyone there has been very nice and we will continue to go back!"
