"Another visit to Manera's as I'm in New Jersey on holiday. As usual, the staff were fantastic, especially the waiter that waited on our table. Gio, the waiter was absolutely amazing and very helpful, and his knowledge of what was on the menu was first class."

"A great restaurant! Started with the calamari whcih was amazing. Great flavor and the lemin aioli was tasty. The shrimp bisque has to be a top 5 soup I ever had. Depth of flavor, richness and large shrimp was incredible. For my entree i ordered the Manera's Veal. Veal scallopini panko breaded with herbs and garlic, pan fried, served over mozzarella cheese stuffed potato croquettes and micro greens, finished with a creamy mushroom thyme sauce. The mushroom thyme was so good. I highly recommend Manera's Manahawkin."

"We drove from Toms River which is about 30 minutes south, on a horrible windy rainy night to celebrate brothers birthday and we are SO glad we did! The atmosphere and decor was only outdone but the food and the service! They all seemed nice and helpful as they walk by to fill your glass or clear a plate but our server Angel was AWESOME!! It was like hanging out with a family friend as he was speaking Spanish with my sister in law. He made some excellent suggestions, always attentive but never hanging over you. Two of us had the pork chops and they were cooked perfectly with an amazing sauce. The other three had fish dishes with mushroom risotto (must get) which were just as amazing. The food presentation is only outmatched by the flavor and seasoning. Cannot wait to go back and I highly recommend you go as well!!"
