"I have been going to Jewish Family Services of Delaware in Lewes for two years for treatment of chronic depression and PTSD. They gave me hasty 10 minute psychiatry appointments and billed me for an hour. A few weeks ago I tried to assert myself and asked for 15-20 minutes and Feinberg still cut me off to see his next patient. When I refused to pay my last invoice for services not rendered, no effort was made by JFS to make sure I was okay, they just tried to schedule more appointments. I was betrayed when I was vulnerable and I feel violated for having been coaxed into thinking they cared about my wellbeing."
