"First of all, the lady I spoke with over the phone was so kind and friendly! I had taken my Infiniti g37 to get my steering wheel alignment checked and it was not pricey at all! On top of that, they were able to identify a few other issues in my car that I didn’t even know of nor requested to be checked. I am thankful that they did that for me! They provided an inspection list that outlined the issues within my car that was sent to my phone via text which was simple to understand and they explained each issue to me thoroughly over the phone as well! Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone looking for car work!"

"This review is well passed due! Charlie and everyone who works there had so much respect towards me and my car. From the moment I got into the shop I was treated like family. Charlie went out of his way to show me his shop and the problems with my vehicle and what he and his mechanics/son fixed for me. They took every step to make sure my vehicle was back to running normal and of course no short cuts! The shop even gave me free t shirt and notebook for taking the extra time to look at my car to make sure he and everyone was 100 percent satisfied before it left the shop! I needed to get my inspection done to that month and he noticed I needed it and got that done for me to! Not only will I be a returning customer when I have car troubles, I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. Not many shops care and really actually CARE like Charlie and everyone who works there. I really appreciate this shop!"

Charlie and Kyle walked me through the process, all without pressure while presenting less costly alternatives. I ultimately decided it was best to get a new transmission and I couldn’t be happier.
