"I reserved a rental truck from this location and was told I HAD to be here at 6 am to puck it up. I was here at 550 am and it's now 655 and no one is here. I called the phone number and apparently woke up the owner or manager who said someone would be here at 615. I told him that it was already 645 and no one is here . He said someone would come any minute. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE MY BUSINESS AGAIN. DISGRACEFUL."
