"Been going there since 2008-- 2009 TDI and 2007 GTI. Always good service. Several buds from work swear by this shop for repair of their VWs. Good thing is that when you schedule it, he sees you at that exact time. For routine stuff, you're in and out. Did night drops for other service; be careful of beach traffic over the Bay bridge. Autohaus is cheaper than a dealer, too. Doesn't do more than is necssary and will tell you if it's not worthwhile to do something."
