"Avoid this place! The entire staff is rude and incompetent. We've been going here for 4 years, but we've finally had enough. Besides the fact that the rooms are old and dirty, we've had more troubles dealing with these people. After going there for 2 years with the same insurance card, they tell us we can't be seen if we don't have our insurance card with us one day. Nothing had changed and the card was on file, but this place cares more about insurance than they ever will your child. Another great thing... You HAVE to schedule sick visits the same day, making it IMPOSSIBLE to plan child care and work schedule ahead of time. And if they are full that day? Sorry! Call back again tomorrow, wait on hold for 20 minutes, and HOPE that you get through soon enough to get on the schedule! Then, when it comes to the visit, good lord, all they care about is how they are going to bill your insurance. We go for a simple vaccination, and they ask if he's sick. We say, "He's been fine, but he's complained about some ear congestion. Can you take a look and make sure he doesn't have an infection before we get the vaccine?" "OH, no, you need to schedule a separate sick appointment for that, or it won't go through insurance the right way." Why did we even go to a pediatric facility then??!! Here's where it got better! They were still willing to give him the shot even if he was sick! They're sitting there saying, "Well.. YOU know if he's sick!" Um, I'm not a doctor.. that's YOUR job! And when we ask to see a doctor, the nurse goes out in a huff and says "OH... MY... GOD!" Then she comes back with the doctor, who, rather than diffusing the situation, says, "We need this room for other patients. You need to leave." Really!? That's how you talk to patients!? You won't have them very long with that attitude."
