"I had a flat tire on a Friday afternoon at 3:30. Other places couldn’t accommodate me. Ron’s did. They fixed my flat but mentioned that it was on the edge/side of the tire and weren’t sure how long it would hold. The following week I took it to Costco to have it checked out and see if I needed new tires to be safe. They said they could find a leak or anything that was of concern. 2 years later, as I write this review, the fix is strong and I have never faced an issue with the tire! What an excellent job! I’ll be going to Ron’s for all future needs. Thank you!"

"This was my first time using Ron’s Tires and I was very impressed. When I called to get a quote for new tires, Robert was extremely polite and helpful. I thought the price he gave me was quite reasonable for 4 tires. I also had just been to my dealership and they were recommending some things that I wasn’t sure about. Robert said they could check and would only do if necessary. It turns out I didn’t even need what the dealer said. I appreciate that kind of honesty and integrity, which you don’t see much these days. I will definitely be back in the future!"
"Edit: Rob has called me a couple days later giving me an update on what transpired after I left. He explained I had every right to be as upset as I was with how everything transpired. He explained that disciplinary action has been taken on the Tech that was escalating the situation, and that if I was ever willing to drop by again they’d do right by me. I commend Rob and Rich for their swift action, and that they would do anything at all after this when they didn’t have to is highly respectable and unexpected. I also appreciate that they were willing to reach out and let me know that they’re not letting this situation be swept under the rug and update me on the situation when they didn’t need to. I’ve updated my review to reflect my current thoughts on the interaction and feel that it’s very possible I’ll go back to Ron’s in the future, but I will be much more weary when doing so. The first time going to Ron’s discount tire was fantastic. Went in for an alignment and was in and out in an hour and a half. Got friendly with Rob who was a great dude and complimented my car and how I rebuilt it. Was happy that it took only a hour and half including a test drive which Rob even told me he got on my car’s throttle a bit since it was well built and a fun car. (That’s fine, I get it) Called Monday to have an appointment, and they told me they were booked till Thursday. No problem, scheduled my appointment for Friday at 12:45 for an alignment. My parents drop the car off earlier around 12:35 and we’re told it should take a couple hours. No problem. A couple hours comes and goes. Parents drop by around 4 and was told my car is next to get an alignment, but that there’s an issue with my control arms and that I’ll need new ones. Sounds mighty suspicious considering I’d been in a month ago for an alignment on the same car and I was never told about any issues with them. Now since it was my family there, and not me I can not say for certain but it felt like they were trying to get a buck out of my parents for the control arms. They then wait until their shop is closing to finally finish doing the alignment that before has taken them an hour and a half. An hour and a half including a test drive. I pulled up at 6:00 understandably disappointed and annoyed. When pulling up I parked in front of their shop next to another truck that was parked in front of the other bay door. I was then greeted by a gentleman who asked me to move my car. I asked him when my car that is currently being aligned will be finished. He wouldn’t answer my question and just points away and says to move my car. I asked again when my car thats in their shop will be finished and once again he points and tells me to move my car. At that point I feel they’re not going to answer any of my questions, but are keeping my car hostage and are going to tell me they need to keep my car over night. I then finally after asking him a third time when my car will be done and get no answer, move my car to the side and go to find Rob who may be able to help me out. When I finally speak to rob him and I begin to actually get answers when the former employee there starts harassing me asking why I didn’t talk to him like I talked to Rob. Overall I’ll admit I probably came off as rude when asking when my car will be done, but to take 5 and half hours when I set up an appointment almost a week in advance and I was told two hours for it to be finished is simply unacceptable without communicating that to me throughout the day. Being harassed and dismissed as I was was out of line and overall hope that the gentleman I met that day works on his communication skills. Overall Rob and Rich seem to be genuine and honest people, and most of the techs seemed very reasonable to talk to and helped deescalate the situation, trying to explain what they saw with my vehicle while I was being harassed by the initial tech."
"Highly recommend! For 3 years I’ve only needed oil changes, but the day finally came where I needed big repairs quick since I work on the road. Got it towed there and they called within an hour with issues. I expected them to have it for a couple days, but Rich and Roberts guys got it done by end of day! Again, highly recommend and everyone there is super friendly!"
