"What an amazing place. I contacted multiple florists in advance for delivery for a Sunday birthday present for my mom and was cancelled last minute. I called Tracy and was assured that my delivery would be personally handled, designed, and delivered with care. I will only order from West Chester Florist in the future given the professionalism and down to earth compassion all florists should possess."

"Ordered flowers for same day delivery 3 days ago and the flowers still have not been delivered. I've called multiple times over the past 3 days and no one has answered nor responded. This is a scam and I'm reporting them to BBB as fraud. UPDATE: Called the company this florist does business under and they said this florist lied and marked it as being delivered that same day we ordered it. So why mark it as being delivered if you had a wedding and there were road closures? Also, why ignore phone calls and texts for 3 days after claiming you delivered it? Why not answer or call us back and explain the situation? Shady, dishonest business."
