Point of Hope is a dynamic day habilitation program located at 4877 Wheatleys Pond Road, Smyrna, Delaware. Since 2006, we have been dedicated to caring for and supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, and neurological impairments. Our facility-based programs are tailored to each individual's unique needs, interests, and abilities, helping them achieve their dreams and personal goals with compassion and distinction.
At our New Castle location, we offer specialized programs for individuals with severe and profound intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and other special needs, including an Acquired Brain Injury and Traumatic Brain Injury program. Our vocational program provides opportunities for participants to learn work skills and social skills, while our compassionate staff facilitate our ABI/TBI program to encourage continued growth and independence.
We believe that everyone deserves the right to live in their chosen home and actively participate in the community, regardless of their disabilities. Our experienced staff and administrative team are dedicated to providing care with compassion, knowledge, dignity, and respect.
