"I would like to share my recent experience with this company. I used this florist to provide a few different items for my wedding that was on October 1st this year. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of product and lack of understanding for what I was looking for in the items that I received. I had both an in person meeting and text message discussion with the florist providing pictures and descriptions of my requests, which were overall not met. The first issue was she did not follow the color palate that I provided to her for the bouquets. She added florals in colors I specifically asked her not to include and that color made up about half of each bouquet. She also included dry and brown maple leaves to the bouquets which made the whole thing look cheap and like they were taken from someone’s backyard after falling off the tree. My friend unwrapped all the bouquets, took out most of what the florist had done, and remade them with flowers that were supposed to be my centerpieces. The next issue was with my request for a small hair clip (that I provided) to be made up with florals to match my bouquet. What I received was my clip with ZERO flowers, and three times the size I asked for. It stuck out on both sides of my head and had only greens and green berries included in it. I’m truly not sure what I paid for to make this since it did not include any florals. I would like to say I was at least paying for her time to make it however, my friend took it apart and added flowers in about 5 minutes. Even my hair stylist was taken aback by the size of the piece and how much it did not look like the picture that I sent to the florist to replicate. The next issue was the florist added fake leaves to the wrist corsages. In my opinion, this was cheap, lazy and honestly looked horrible. I cannot believe a professional florist would include fake anything in a wedding order. They were also hot glued to the surrounding flowers so I had to take scissors and cut them all out one by one. A huge waste of time on the morning of my wedding. My wedding coordinator was also appalled by all the items I received as was everyone I showed before remaking every piece listed above. Less important but worth mentioning, the attitude of the florist I worked with. During our in person meeting, she was very distracted, answering calls and running back and forth around the store although seeming to take notes of what I was requesting. She was also very slow and/or unresponsive all together when I reached out for questions or to inquire about purchasing more items prior to the wedding. She was also terribly rude to my family who picked up the florals the morning of the wedding. I wish that I would have taken pictures of the items I received to add to this review but was so busy and distracted the morning of the wedding that I didn't think of it. I would absolutely not recommend this company if you are looking for any wedding florals."

"They were great the flowers were beautiful we received Alot of compliments on them only 3 bouquet made it there and ours was one with such short notice I highly recommend this flower shop in Cecil county"

"I ordered several table arrangements for my husband's 70th birthday party which took place at the Chesapeake Inn. I first met with Dawn and she was lovely and full of energy and great ideas! I advised her that my husband's favorite color was blue and she made some great suggestions about which flowers to use for the arrangements and offered a choice of several different vases, all of which were beautiful. Her customer service is spectacular and her work is top notch. The arrangements were delivered on a Sunday without any issues at all. The florals were actually better than I had hoped for. My husband was surprised and I was thrilled. I do prefer to use local businesses for most things and I will most definitely use Elkton Florist again. I have received arrangements sent to me by other people and I was always so pleased with the quality and freshness of the blooms. Thank you, Elkton Florist!! I love your business!!"

"They have the absolute worst website. I wanted to get flowers delivered for my wife's birthday. You choose an arrangement but it's not available in this location. You click what's available and then they are not available same day delivery. You get stuck in this loop and can't order. I went to Fairhill Florist and executed the transaction in a matter of minutes."

"I wanted to order flowers for my daughter who had given birth to my beautiful granddaughter. I went online and selected a bouquet and had an issue on the site when checking out. I called the store and spoke with a rep on the phone who was very patient and pleasant to speak with. She apologized for the issue and explained the site was being worked on and simply took my order over the phone. They did an amazing job and was able to get it delivered to the hospital, just in the knick of time for her being released! Thank you for the extraordinary customer service! Very rare to find these day"
