"we have been seeing Jess O'Hara since June. yesterday we got to the office with less than 15 mins delay due to an accident on the highway and the she refused to take us totally stating that's against the insurance policy... i was ok with the missed time but she mentioned that she had to pick up her daughter during the my scheduled time!! she was ready to go. then she had the nerve to send me a No Show Attendance letter! as a note there was few sessions that she ran over with her previous app and we had to wait for her in the lobby and that was all ok! that's how you know the therapist doesn't care about your mental health and its all about insurance games. not to mention from June- September that we have been seeing her, she hasn't done anything for us... it has been just like me talking to a friend to vent!"

"When miss Shelby worked there it was different. The communication with this company has changed drastically since Joanne Gaines started. They only get contracts to help certain schools when I requested to get my child help. I was told from the supervisor they only commute to head start. Which is walking distance from head start. Never sent the school any information even after I signed the release of information to give the school guidance on how to help my child didn’t get a response until I emailed everyone in the office. I would have been the issue if I never asked for help or try to fix my son problems. If you were put on this earth to help children help them all not specific kids."

"So heart breaking. My kids opened up about our recent family trauma and the therapist was no help. She didn't schedule our follow up appointments, I had to continuously reach out through email, she wouldn't respond and when I had questions-she would have her supervisor respond which made me feel like we were a burden. So if you want to have a therapist who doesn't communicate with you, then go to this place. It'll leave your family more broken than when you started."

"I called about getting my daughter seen and was told there was a waitlist currently but I could be added to it. I was pretty disappointed as they came highly recommended but while I was waiting I was offered a spot in the Summer Social Skills class for my daughter. My daughter joined and loved it and is really excited to go back to school now. It really helped with the “first day of school” battle. Even better, while we were in group, a spot opened for her to be seen alone as well! I couldn’t be happier and plan on telling all my friends about this place. It has made a huge change in my daughter’s life and me and my husband are so glad we found them!"
