"Dr Orlov worried more about securing additional visits verses doing what he was hired for or doing the right thing. I was over billed after I stopped going / taking my children with a credit card on file. When I got the charges reversed from Visa he sued me in small claims court. I lived out of state and was not able to appeal the decision and as a result my credit was ruined."
