"Everytime l call for an appointment its like 5 or 6 weeks. I am suffering with anxiety and need to see a doctor but they dont seem to be able to squeeze you in. Not only that l rarely get a dr just a nurse practioner, whom l have no issues with, but l need to build a dr patient relationship and l will never be able to do so here. Switching as soon as l can."

"This is the worst establishment I have EVER been to in my life!!! I feel like the practice must take on way more patients they can possible care for. You are lucky if you see the same doctor twice. They do not even take the time to read your medical chart prior to coming in to see you. The doctors act like you are not a priority. I have been a patient of this practice for years and the only reason why I stayed was because the office staff use to be amazing. I complained to the office manager in the past about the lack of communication and attention care to care at this facility and I guess that went on deaths ears. When you call them be prepared to be on hold forever and don’t expect a call back in a timely manner. I actually stop going there for awhile because I just got fed up with there lack of concern for my health. I should had just changed providers. I recently went back because I had a serious medical situation where I needed addressed and this visit made me realize why I stopped going. I was actually told by the staff that was helping me that the main doctor was too “busy” to come in and see me. Well… I thought being as though I had a debilitating medical condition that I was concerned about the head doctor could have took at least 5-10 mins to come answer some of my questions. Where is the compassion? I guess they don’t teach that at the Crozer orientation. I will say that there was one receptionist on this visit that was very nice and informative. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name so that she can know that she was the ONLY reason I didn’t completely go off in that office. Do yourself and your health a favor and let your fingers do the walking in the yellow pages to find another practice."

"By far one of the worse doctors offices i’ve ever been to. Very unprofessional and will have you waiting for hours just to be seen. Don’t even try to call you won’t get through someone and if you do they can’t help you anyway!"

"The office is Super clean if youre the type to make those observations. The staff seemed kind. I was seen about 20 minutes AFTER my appointment, which I understand may happen. Im going to just say I mustve been there on one of their bad days. Felt COMPLETELY invalidated. I was not feeling too well. And they were impatient. I asked to use the bathroom and the response I got was almost as if shes been asked all day and shes tired of the question. After being sick in the bathroom, I was told its not that serious. Other than that, I can honestly tell they were good people, who were having a day they dont prefer. Hopefully my next visit will be more pleasant and less isolated."

"Had a List of issues... Dr Connaughton made an Off-handed Comment about Me Being Accident Prone... in Front of Other People. That was DISRESPECTFUL and CLUELESS. Then She Said I didn't have KIDNEY STONES which was already Tested, Confirmed, Documented, and in the Computer. SHAMEFUL."
