"Warning: Fake 5 star reviews !! Esaka is dismissive and acts too busy to even show that he cares about your concerns. They asked Google to remove my last review so I'm doing another one. I told Esaka back in June about having 2 mc's, he wasn't concerned and I ended up having my third mc! I called to make an appt today due to being pregnant again and told the unprofessional receptionist that I'm worried of having a 4th, once again no concern. Update: I went for a prenatal appt and once again Esaka was unprofessional , had lack of sympathy and as always, lack of knowledge. I asked about being high risk due to recurring mcs and hypertension and he said there's no need. I told him that I'm getting a 2nd opinion and he raised his voice saying that he doesn't care and isnt offended when clearly he is. He has an attitude with you if you ask questions and cuts you off in the middle of your sentence. I don't even know how he still has a medical license. He doesn't know what he's doing or talking about and he literally schedules unnecessary appts if you have medicaid for the $. When you first walk in there it's a speaker that plays STATIC. Receptionists asks for your last name at check in and slams the window without saying thank you. They have an attitude if you dont bring a mask. They gossip about patients but smile in your face and think we don't know ."

"I've been seeing Dr. Esaka for several years. I always find him to be kind, attentive and professional. He has a beautiful smile and makes you very comfortable. Noone looks forward to those appointments but I can honestly say no issues."

"Dr Esaka is great but ive only seen him once however his front office needs a revamp. This is the third time ive had to chase down my script for a depo shot two days before my appointment. The appointment was set 3 months in advance never got a confirmation call when i called the pharmacy they had no script from the office. I called the office the lady put me on hold for 15 minutes then came back told me shes new and another 10 minutes went by before she put in my script. My pharmacy runs out of stock on Depo so this was a huge inconvenience for me. A married mom of two at 45 just trying not to get pregnant here. When I asked at my appointment if my script could be sent in on time I got an attitude. With the current state of reproductive rights I think doctors offices especially other women could be a lot more accomadating and gentler toward other women. But also definitely be more proactive and not add stress to their patients day. Im not happy with this at all"

"The staff was like AI no empathy no understanding no sympathy extremely rude. No willingness to listen to the patient desires or concerns. Because l was not sure of my copayment l ask to be billed but have my insurance portion take. 1st l was told it was ok then they said it was ok then they got my prescriptions hostage against me l had to call them back and proceed for my payment over the phone otherwise my prescription will not be released to me extremely poor customer service. I will not recommend them at all. Even though l understand up to certain extent very much disappointing."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could put NO stars I would. This is my third pregnancy so I’m use to how doctor visits are but this office was horrible. I would sit in the office for an hour and only be seen for 5 minutes in the room. He would never know how far along I was so I had to keep reminding him. Thank god for pregnancy apps smh. My glucose test was completely done wrong by the labcorp and instead of him redoing it over he just left it. I only had one ultrasound at 19 weeks which was my gender. I am now 31 weeks and he still have not called me back for an ultrasound to do an full anatomy of my baby. So I decided to leave the office because they are so unprofessional."
