"I ❤️ this place a latte!! Baked goods so amazing, as tasty as they are beautiful. Coffee, tea and more combinations you can't get anywhere else! Try a little lavender in your London Fog ☕ The service was so friendly and engaging, it was my first time here and you can tell how much they love their shop and take pride in the uniqueness and quality. Tostada Huevos: incredible flavor & texture!! Lemon bars: these are the kind you dream about!"
"Food and coffee very good. Self service coffee is only reason to go. Went this morning 10/21/23 and decided to get my wife a bagel to take home. That was a mistake. It took 17 minutes to slice and toast a bagel. Too many kids working in this place. Over staffed and under managed. Owners no where to be found."
"The good: Their bagel is GOOD. They are made in house and the quality speaks for itself. The bagels are chewy, firm yet bity. The place is cute and inviting. The staff are super friendly and sweet. Great environment. The not as good: price is a bit on the high side."
"Sandwiches were so good we decided to order some pastries and a coffee to go. But instead of what should have been a quick 5 minute wait, we ended up waiting for 20 mins. Employees stood around without appearing to do anything. After several mins, my husband went to inquire and was ignored by the first few staff members. He finally received his coffee and asked about the pastries and was told he needed to get in line to ask. Then once we finally received the cranberry orange muffin and caramel CC bar, they were both very dry and muffin had WAY too much orange zest. 4 star review plummeted to 2 stars. Lacked customer service and pastries were NOT worth the money."
