"Very hit and miss location, frequently messing up orders and forgetting random ingredients in your drinks. Never horrendously bad, just consistently mediocre."

"We had some cappuccinos, donuts and avocado toast for breakfast here. The food was quite good and it's not expensive. The woman serving us was also very friendly. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning was super cold and there were no seats outside. Also, they don't give you proper dishes and cutlery when eating in, you only get paper boxes and To-Go cups."

"The service was terrible they were eating while making our order. We waited 20 mins for 3 coffees they had no donuts at all the the food was thrown together it looked like they punched it before they gave it to us and they never told us our order was done when it did get done."

"I have been a regular customer at multiple DD stores for many years, but this was the first time I was treated poorly. I ordered 3 boxes of jo to carry out. When I went in to pick up the coffee I was greeted by a very nice attendant. As I was getting ready to leave, I noticed there were not very many creamers in the bag. (certainly not enough for 40 to 60 cups of coffee). I asked for more, and a manager stepped up to the counter and abruptly said they gave me 60 creamers and that was all they would give because they only give 20 creamers per box of Joe. I started laughing because I thought she was joking but she wasn't. I said there is no way this is enough creamer for three boxes, and she very reluctantly (and with a scowl on her face) grabbed another handful or two and tossed them in another bag and handed them to me before walking away. I asked her for a few more but she she refused. When I said most people use two to three creamers per cup, she snapped at me and turned her back and walked away. It was the first time ever somebody had walked away from me in such a rude manner and without without even thanking me for the order. I walked out and became angry, so I went through the drive-thru and explained that I really would like to have some more creamer for my coffee and then I drove up and the manager was at the window and said she wouldn't give it to me. I would have to pay for it. She was completely unprofessional and very nasty in her demeanor. I do not recommend ever supporting this place. There are plenty of other DD's around, but avoid this one at all costs."
