"For some reason theyre not open 24/7 like literally every other bank branch in existence. Drove all the way here for nothing. Also the ATM at Nordstrom in this same parking lot is a lie. Not sure how this benefits chase, they're gonna lose a lot of customers"

Rude, inconsiderate, they dress like they slept in their clothes and they found them in the back of Goodwill who rejected them, they simply do not want to work, they stand around talking and say they are too busy to see a customer......just a horrible mess, check them out online for how bad they are....go to another bank unless you want nothing but problems."

"About 6 employees dressed like bums did almost nothing for two hours but said were too busy to help me. I saw one customer and the 5 employees just stood around a table talking the entire time. Forget trying to call your Chase bank since about impossible to speak with anyone. They have an iron curtain preventing all calls from going through. This should be an online bank and not even bother having branches. Avoid this bank at all costs"
