"One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Didn't get my order right, didn't offer me a receipt, burnt our sandwiches. Absolutely awful customer service. The woman who took my order incorrectly acted like I did HER a disservice. Just do your job right and repeat the order back to the customer and you won't have these issues."
"Go here almost everyday on the way to work. Today the "woman" who took my order was extremely rude. Made my drink all wrong. I'll go across town where they have some respect. I ordered the pumpkin spice cold brew with cream sugar and a flat lid....."uhhh pull forward" ohhh okay so I didn't order the bagel like I usually do. Just complete attitude for what....? To drive customers away. Cause that's exactly what you accomplished"
"Normally I love this location but today the service was a little off. I could barely hear the girl taking my order, and she never asked me to pull around. I waited for a bit and then asked if I should and somebody different told me to pull around. My drink and donuts were very good as usual though."
