"All on separate days, they make my lil one sit up while everyone sleeps, I pack her lunch everyday and they don't give it to her knowing she doesn't eat their food so when she comes home she eats anything she see... She's exhausted from no nap and naturally after all that she's emotionally DRAINED and extremely MOODY! She's potty trained but only at home because they want me not to put her underwear because THEY cleaning piss all day.. because they only ASK A 2 YEAR OLD if she has to go. Of course they say NO, that's why when training toddlers YOU PUT THEM ON THE TOILET you don't just ask! I'm sorry for putting my child through this ENTIRELY. It was cheap but too good to be true!!"

"Seemed like a high performance daycare , with outstanding teachers with a challenging curriculum; but unfortunately I was mistaken. There was a very awkward situation that took place and Ms. Althea Parrish was very unprofessional. My daughter was running a fever of 102 , anyone who’s knows what a fever does would know that it’s a way your body fights an infection, I am a single mom of two with a full time job at ups as a driver so my days are busy , I was at work in Greenville when I received the call. I wasn’t able to come immediately so I asked for a hour so I can make arrangements for her uncle to get her, Ms. Althea told me she was unable to give me a hour although Delaware state laws requires her to give me a grace period of an hour, she responded to me that she would call the ambulance and protective services on me and I don’t take threats very likely ,I had to go back to my warehouse drop my truck off and come running to the school . That was very inconvenient in my behalf I came to the school to pick my daughter up I was a bit bothered so I told the teacher it was funny that they allowed sick children to come to school and when another student gets sick they have to punish because of another snotting behind child couldn’t keep there germs to themselves or isn’t be told or taught the proper percussions to keep their germs to themselves . I hen received a phone call from Ms. Parrish after the incident accusing me of cursing in front of the children , I assured her that I did not use vulgar language in front of those babies , she refused to even let me speak . we were trying to resolve the issue and move forward on the incident , her and a teacher practically harassed me on my parenting skills and teachings because I wasn’t concerned about a 102 fever? . As I tried to speak the teacher continually interrupted as well as had her hand in my face she refused to let me speak it happened multiple times. I then removed myself from the building to prevent altercations and was followed out by Ms. Parrish yelling at me insinuating that I take my child home , I responded as long as I am paying for daycare my child would continue to come to passioncare , she continued to Harrass me for 3 days until I was fed up and transferred my child to Celebree I’m not sure why that incident escalated to that degree . But Ms.Parrish was uncommunicative and unprofessional and very inconsiderate to my situation, after the incident between the director and the teacher my daughter started coming home sad and no longer wanted to go there she cried and held onto my leg as if they started to treat her differently . I am completely disappointed in this establishment and I wouldn’t recommend putting your children here , Celebree and Kindercare would be my recommendation and your children actually comes home with homework and an actual story as to what activities they did in class . I’m ecstatic for this new daycare as my child has adapted quiet quickly and is already learning so much and is reiterating it to me when she gets home. I give this daycare 1 star."
