"Just spoke to the most condescending jerk in the world in their pharmacy. All I did was ask about a prescription status and he kept saying, "No! Please God no!" Then he told me to enjoy my day in a condescending tone and hung the phone up. He's lucky I wasn't in there."

"This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the tri-state area. On several occasions including yesterday I checked on the status of prescriptions phoned in by my doctor and was told there were no prescriptions in my name. A family member also stopped by in person a little later on and was told the same thing. Then I called the atrocious automated answering service and after 5 minutes was put through to a pharmacy assistant who went into the answering service and found my prescriptions. I only received two out of three with no notice of the 3rd prescription. The pharmacy management should be fired and the automated answering service terminated. I will never go back to this pharmacy!!!"

"Plan on waiting an hour. Literally. And don't go within an hour of closing or lunch or you probably won't make the cutoff and you will have to come back later. Further, expect mistakes. I don't have time to list all the mistakes, but I'm surprised the FDA (or another agency) hasn't shut them down. Also, read the positive reviews carefully. If they know the names of everyone working there, they are friends and/or employees. Also, note how some say "the pharmacy only ran out drugs a few times", yet still give it a 5 star review... sketchy"

"Not sure what happened to this pharmacy, but it’s the last place I will get an Rx filled. Extremely understaffed!! You will wait 20-25 minutes just to pick up. The drive through will sporadically close due to staff shortages. I can’t even count the number of mistakes they made and unable to resolve!! This is a pharmacy not a Starbucks, there should be zero errors!! In my opinion, go elsewhere!! Oh and did I mention how dirty the store is. I once waited there several months ago and was dodging flies the whole time. Horrible!!!"

"Very poorly managed pharmacy. I am always waiting AT LEAST 25 minutes. I get messages telling me my script is ready but I get there and it’s not. I’ve already waited here for 25 minutes and now you want me to leave and come back tomorrow? No. They are extremely understaffed. Same person works the drive through and the cashier. It’s ridiculous."
