"I had a very disgusting experience with this check cashing location and as a company as a whole. The people that was at the desk was unnecessarily rude before I spoken to them, I've explained to the person at the front desk that I haven't used my Ace flare account in a while and I would like an replacement card. Not only did she reflected in the inability to understand what I was saying,she reflected high annoyance in the fact,which I'm presuming,would take effort to accomplish for what I'm asking for.I wrongfully assumed that she was going to do the task/job I requested, just for her to come back later and say my card is blocked and she can't add a new car to the account. In no way ever is calling better than being in person,just for me to call the company and say,that my card isn't blocked or locked and can be used, which I knew because I haven't listed it as lost yet. For anyone reading this don't get involved with this wannabe Bank company, that hires anyone regardless of experience,training or professionalism. All locations I've ever been to are the splitting image of this, hints the locations there in."
