"I go through the drive through and order a large frozen caramel frappe with whip cream on top then a s.e.c bagel with cream cheese on both sides. This Dunkin is the best one in Dover, they do everything no complaints. if the whipped cream was missed they quickly add it and I'm on my way. Brittney is usually in the drive through and she is absolutely amazing ! I had struggled with my phone one time trying to pull up the Dunkin app scan to pay and she was patient, she could of gotten irritated or told me to just go inside but instead she reassured me there was no problem and I was fine. It was an embarrassing moment and she made it better. Thank You guys so much I appreciate you all every visit !"
"Ordered a dozen dozen on the app picked out my donuts, picked up in drive thur got home and none of the donuts was what I ordered had to go back wasn't happy"
"They put way too much cream in the coffee, I ask for 2 and looks like 1/2 a gallon was used. Disgusting, happened 2 days in a row. When I call this location the line always rings busy. I will make my own from now on"
"The inside was clean , wiped down, I didn't see any trash, the worker was very patient and friendly! She did an amazing job! She welcomed me & She made sure she got my order done correctly as well as working her drive thru order I only saw her by herself ! My bacon I feel like could've been done more but my create your own wrap was still delicious!"
"A convenient spot next to the dealerships for a quick pick-me-up during a morning appointment. Small, but staffed with friendly folks. The food was fine and coffee to standard, though the other reviews may be a result of varying staff on duty. I may have lucked out. Definitely a smaller spot."
