"On 1/28/23. I went with a friend to have breakfast. I ordered French toast. My friend ordered Chocolate chip pancakes and side of home fries. When we finally received our food, my 3 pieces of French toast were burnt and one was an end piece of bread. My friend received her home fries before her pancake which came without the chocolate chips. We waited for our waitress to come back and check on us but never happened. I finally had to stand up as proceed to go to counter. I called her back to our table to show her my order. I told her that I didn’t have time to wait for another order and would like this taken off and also explained that pancake didn’t have chocolate chips. She just stood there looking at me without a response until I said “well” and again her reply was that she didn’t know what to do. I told her to get the manager . We waited ten minutes and I called the other waitress over and was told that our waitress was in the back crying because she is calling the manager on the phone and is not answering as they are not allowed to take off entrees of the bill without authorization. I explained that I have someplace to be so when I stood up, our waitress handed me the bill and the other waitress said that I can either pay the bill or she will call the cops. Fortunately, for them and the quests in the restaurant, the manager called and said to take entrees off. I have never experienced such an unpleasant experience. I should have read the reviews before trying to patronize this place"

"We made a last minute decision to go before our show at the theatre. They had a nice variety of foods to choose from and lots of coffee options. The food was delicious and fresh. I loved the simple but beautiful decor. We will definitely be back!"

"Wow! Very impressed with the quality of food and will definitely be back! Charcuterie board was amazing and had a great Stromboli as well! Portions are very large so be prepared to share!"

"Decent little place. First time coming here and overall satisfied. Got here about 1/2 hr after opening on a Wednesday, so around 8:30am. Wasn't super busy at all. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was good overall. I got a omelet with sausage with an extra side of bacon. The friend I came with got the Blueberry pancakes. The only thing I found kinda weird was my omelet came out first, then her pancakes and finally my bacon. Given how slow they were, I don't get why everything came out at slightly different times. Besides that, it seemed like a decent place. May be different when actually busy. Whole meal plus my coffee came out to just under $40. I'd try them again."

"First I would like to say the only reason why I gave this cafe 3stars was because of service and breakfast over priced(maybe it was the area but it was my first time going there) paid for one person about $30 with 2drinks(coffee & orange juice).I would recommend a few tips. When we first arrived it was not busy at all, maybe 2 family’s outside and 3inside. They only had 2 servers. We waited a while to be greeted and get our food. Food was good but the portion was way too big. I ordered a omelette but did not like the fact that they didn’t take their time to cut the meat or veggies in smaller pieces. I literally had a whole strip of bacon inside my omelette. Coffee cups were way too small. I would say if you want to save money as a business owner, one slice of bread is good and instead of 3eggs, use 2 eggs for the omelette and maybe 2 to 3 strips of bacon on the side. Overall the place was nice and also clean."
