"Was home all morning before work. Saw the post man drop the mail off prompting me to retrieve it. There was a pickup slip in the box for a signed letter(along with other mail) He chose to not knock on the door with cars in the driveway to see if someone was home. They're paid to complete a job if I was to do that at work I'd be fired"
"The masculine looking woman up front was very rude to me when I had asked her to provide me with a label for my package, and said I needed to provide my own own label and would not accept my package. Long story short she eventually gave me a label for me to fill out my information. Then I ask for a pen to write with. She says to me you can have a pen, but you can borrow one and slams it on the counter. Then when I pay the fee, she gets annoyed bc I removed my card too soon. She didn't prompt me the entire transaction, so I had to figure it out myself. Do not go to this location unless you want to experience abuse from this woman."
"I'm an ebay seller and due to unforseen circumstances I had to use this office. Never again. I got called at my work because one of the workers opened at least one of my packages and forced me to pay an extra twenty dollars for shipping because according to them I didn't have the right type of shipping. I have never had issues shipping this way with ANY other post office. At the moment I tried to be reasonable, because maybe I did make a mistake. Now I got a message from a buyer that after twelve days the package still hasn't arrived. Wow thanks guys. Lost quarter tank of gas and twenty dollars but at least I have customer complaints."
"Suddenly stopped trying to deliver packages that wouldn't fit in my mailbox. I guess it's too much work to take them to my door. Always marks them as "delivery attempted" or "held at pickup location per customer's request" which is never true. Instead I have to go to the post office to pick them up, which is pretty difficult when you work the same hours they're open."
"Worst post office ever Laurel and Delmar post offices. Package out for delivery on Saturday and then tracking information marked as delivered on Monday but still no package. Watched the driver stop at the mailbox and then drive off. If it doesn't fit in the mailbox they dont even try to deliver. Reported to the USPS Inspector General now as potential theft. This has happened on numerous occasions in the past as well. They apparently take the phone off the hook because whenever I call it's a busy signal."
