They worked hard to get an issue resolved using regular check ups and communication through their portal (which was convenient). Provided excellent referrals and follow ups. I have met with Caitlyn, PA and Natalie who helped me with some guidance on improving my overall health. Both are amazing! I have finally found a Primary Care practice where I 1. feel heard and taken care of to the point that my health is back on target 2. get excellent response and support from the office staff I've had good doctors in the past where the office staff made it unbearable to be a patient.
