This convenient location inside Walgreens allows customers to pick up and drop off FedEx pre-labeled packages without the need to wait at home for a delivery or make an extra trip to a FedEx facility. Simply pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at this location.

Customers can also conveniently redirect their FedEx packages for pickup at this Walgreens location. If you received a QR code from an online store, you can visit Walgreens and open the code on the FedEx® Mobile app to have a team member print your label and process your return.

There are no additional fees for picking up or dropping off packages at this location. Acceptable packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label. Walgreens does not accept dangerous goods or hazardous materials, except for UN 3373.

Returns can also be made at this location, with pre-printed FedEx labels being accepted. If you do not have a label, you can request one from participating online stores and bring the email with the QR code to have a label printed at the store.

Packages will be held for up to 7 days at this location, after which they will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted, as long as they have a completed printed label using a FedEx account number or credit card payment.

All packages should be boxed, sealed, and labeled prior to drop off at this location. Shipping and packing materials are not provided at this location, so customers should visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax location for assistance with packing supplies.
