"Ordered dinner from pats tonight and the chicken on my salad was raw in the middle. How do you put strips of raw chicken on top of a salad and not notice?"

"Our u12 mnsa storm team had our Welsh cup luncheon there in 2023. The manager was awesome setting up a section for us and getting all 12 pizzas out on time so we could eat and get back to the tournament. He also was able to get us a gluten-free pie for a few that needed it really fast. Prices were great, the food was awesome, and his service was phenomenal. Totally recommend."

"Food quality is not great at all. The pizza I received hardly had any sauce & was like cardboard. I also was surprised at the size of it, or lack there of.The breaded wings were subpar & the mega fries were dry and not good. My husband bone in wings were average. For $50, you can head right on over to Township line pizza for much better quality items & better service. Even after speaking to the manager, I didn’t feel heard, or that the $9.99 off my meal was appropriate for the nasty food. I didn’t have it in me to argue so I accepted it and went on with my night. I was also told by the manager that he had to tell the cook to stop putting as much sauce on the pizza as people were complaining & he was surprised to hear about my complaint. I mean, that’s good and great, BUT it was dry. I am not a huge sauce fan so for me to complain about that… it says something. In my opinion, pats has gone wayyyyy down hill."

"The pizza crust is too thick and is not tasty. The Philly Cheessteak was good. The old man behind the counter was not helpful and didn't quite care to answer questions about the menu. I will not be going back to Pat's."

"I had a chicken cheesesteak and my husband had a Philly cheesesteak. We got ours hoagie style (with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions). Both came with french fries. The price was reasonable. We liked how the food came to our table already boxed (shown in the pictures). I would say the food tasted good - standard cheesesteaks. I would have preferred more seasoned chicken that was juicier, but it was good. Toppings were fresh. We ate there and were impressed with how clean the restaurant is!!!"
