"I love this place! No matter what crazy nail ideas I have, I am accommodated. Designs and techniques are innovate and not dated like some nails salons in Delaware County. The prices are very reasonable. Customer service is great and the staff is highly personable. Jen and Jess are hilarious and will keep you laughing. I see a lot of complaints about waiting and being turned away. I suggest calling and making an appointment. It’s rare that I have to wait with an appointment but the times that I had to wait it was well worth it!!"
"The problem is they overbook. For two nail technicians booking each client 2 hours apart will not be suitable from a customer service aspect. Especially, if you also have walk-ins. The technicians are skilled at what they do, great customer service. But, if you are a person working the graveyard shift with a busy schedule. You become frustrated. I spent roughly 4 hrs here. I’m a firm believe appointments should be honored. Moved from Jersey I was with Hollywood nails for 20 years. To much of a commute. I’m still in search of salon. I believe in second chances. So we’ll see"
