"Pedia place is trash and always have been. Always having different doctors in here. Also, the late fees are ridiculous that you have to pay and they still won’t see you unless you demand to be seen. $25 for changing an appointment the same day is crazy. Plus, I told my children dr we don’t do flu shots she told me my kids would end up in the hospital because of the flu. How unprofessional is that. I will surely be finding a new place for my children to go too. Plus, when you call the front desk the receptionist just act as if they know how to do their job."
"Great office staff, the nurses and dr Chikani are phenomenal with my son. They take their time with him and answer all my questions, Dr is great at going over his milestones and going over them with me. They have definitely helped me out so much as a 1st time mom. Always available for emergencies or what I believed atm was an emergency lol but I appreciate their understanding and all the support!!"
"I’ve been coming to this office for 8 years now. I bring all 4 of my children here. Dr Chikani & Dr Patel are phenomenal! They take their time with my kids, & I never feel like I’m being rushed. If Dr Chikani or Patel Isn’t there then I will not see anyone else! Great office"
"I have been coming here for 15 years with both my children. I highly recommend this practice. Doctors are very knowledgeable and responsive to calls or messages on patient portal. Very accommodating with appointment times. Same day sick visits and also telehealth. They helped when I had no insurance. I cannot say enough positive things about this office!!"
"Don't recommend this place at all. They do not care about the health of the children they are just money hungry and only worried about the money. I took my kids here and was late 3 times within a 3 year period probably like 2 mins late each time (kept charging for late fees) so they discharged us from the office for being late. I came to pick up discharge paper work and they were supposed to have me sign both of my kids paperwork and show ID. But they didn't, they didn't even ask if I was his mother or anything. Just gave me my children's confidential medical release forms. That's a violation of Hippa law and I will see a lawyer."
